We look at your current infrastructure and see what works best. We will work with your existing team to make sure you we can keep what works. After a pre specified amount of time, we will strongly encourage specific changes to occur, this is done to save you as much money as possible. We will then present a customized plan to integrate the right technologies, no more wasted time or money on services and tech that just isn't right for your needs.
As acting C.I.O., we will help you make very important tech related decisions. We will work closely with you to make sure all business targets are met in a timely manner. We will look at you entire business and determine if the current budget and scope for tech is realistic. We want to see you succeed, our goal is to ultimately cut down your losses to a minimal amount. Increase efficiency to the maximum while planning for a successful future.

Things included:
Everything you would expect from a CIO and so much more. We will look and review at your agreement for a CIO/VP of Tech/IS Manager position. We will carefully review it and determine what makes sense. We will then review and go over all other services included -
- A assigned engineer to lead the charge:
- Every week, our team of engineers will work together and collaborate to discuss big ticket items. Included will be a list of the current weeks issues. Your engineer will bring any outstanding issues or future plans to the table to ensure you have the right technologies in your environment.
- An onsite IT:
- During the onboarding, we will find an IT that fits your business needs. If the IT isn't right for you, we will gladly send another one. See them as your employee, without the HR hassle nor unneeded incentives.
- Access to the portal:
- At times, you maybe curious about he progress made on a project or ticket. You will be able to check on it’s progress with access to the portal. You will be able to see any live progress made on the ticket or project.
- 24/7 support and monitoring:
- With our globally spread team, we are able to monitor and supply support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round. Our research team works closely with the technicians assigned to you and are able to prevent incidents before they occur.
- Access to discounts on our behalf:
- As acting CIO, we know what you expect. Sometimes we will ignore a small block of hours dedicated to fixing an issue, give discounts bigger than 20% for additional blocks of time. With the knowledge we already have of your environment, we will be able to slash the amount of time needed to perform a task or do a project. In a few words, we will find an excuse to not bill you properly. Instead, we will offer reduced rates, shorter deadline dates and additional engineering time.
