The Tier system is divided in 3 parts as specified in our MSP page. The Tiers are guides and not set in stone.A Tier purchase requires an agreenment for a year to be expired and renewed on Novemeber 1st and a new contract will be signed and issued by December 1st. Purchase of multiple years of service will yield bigger discounts and a more in depth service. A minimum of 3 months as a trial period will be issued (reguardless of tier level). Included in all tiers will be our independent research team, monitoring of systems and access to our official hours of tech support. Discount on projects and time blocks are given to those in the tier system.
