We have several professionals with project engineering experience, a fleet of IT’s and other assets that will make any project seem like a stroll through the park. With several decades worth of experience, experts in several fields and our ability to remain flexible, we can complete projects with ease.


Get a time block

Depending on the task, a time block will be the best fit; a base rate will be applied to the service. A brief summary will be turned over once the time block hours are used. A solution will be highlighted and what  action is required to properly fix the issue.


*We do NOT recommend the purchase of time blocks since a solution can’t be guaranteed within the desired time frame. We offer this service only as a way for you to rest assured that there is a path forward, regardless of the issue [please view time blocks as research hours as there is no way to confirm that a solution will be provided at the end of the time block].


Lets shake on it

Slightly different from a project, since neither of us know the objective. Not a time block, because you’ll let us do what's right. It's the perfect middle ground to where we can be available to you, while making sure we can provide the right service.


The details: the idea is you will purchase a rough amount of hours. Given those hours we will specify what they will most likely be used for and possible cases. If none of the hours are used, then the minimum fee will be charged. If an excess amount of hours are used, we will agree on an ending point for the allotted hours then determine if we need more hours. The idea is to not overdraw from your wallet while still being able to provide premium service.

  • 2. While you wait

    Give us 48 to 72 hours to reach back out to you. We may have several more questions depending on specifications. In the meantime, please explore all of the services we offer and consider adding more to your project as this could decrease the total amount (bundle and save).

  • 3. Scope Refinement

    Once we reach out, please let us know if there is anything new we must add to the project. We will briefly discuss what we can do for you and if you are still interested. If you are, we can proceed by refining the scope of work and limitations. We take into consideration your budget and the deadline. We will then send a non binding estimate of time and materials

  • 4. Pricing Specifications

    We charge depending on the task. Remote projects and tasks are 50$ an hour with a 1 hour minimum. Contacting us and receiving estimates is 100% free and you will be charged only once we have sent an estimate to you (which you will agree to before any work is performed).


    Discounts: to get discounts, purchase a time block or become part of our MSP program get rates for as low as 50% off on a monthly basis. Contact us for more details.

  • 5. Finish on schedule

    As soon as the estimate is approved, we will then send out a contract specifying all work that is to be performed. Payment schedules will be set depending on milestones. All projects are subject to being halted if payment is not received within 48 hours. Project is concluded when DARKGATE TECH SOLUTIONS sends the final invoice and the client has approved the end result.

General

Remote tech services start at an hourly rate of 50$/hr and onsite/in-person is 65$/hr + travel time + any expenses associated with the tasks.

Cybersecurity and General Engineering

Remote Cybersecurity forensics, setup and engineering will be charged at a rate of 65$/hr to 100$/hr (depending on complexity of tasks). Traveling onsite/in-person will be charged at a flat rate of 100/hr + travel time + any associated expenses.

Programming, Automation and Advanced Engineering/Architecture

Remote projects that required more advanced knowledge than regular cybersecurity and general engineering will be consider advanced. The Advanced rate caps off at 120$/hr. Baseline rate is 85$/hr.
